Context

Motion Kolkata was looking to level up it’s Instagram game, by upgrading it’s static post designs to a modern one, with clear aesthetic value, to establish itself as a premium coaching institute in Kolkata.

Existing problems in the creatives

Poor selection of fonts

Thoughts were not given on readability, and scanability of creatives.

Lack of consistency

Icons did not align well in the containers, containing them.

No meaningful information

Seems like the person who made the creatives, had no idea about what the creative was about.

Solutioning approaches

Apply principles of visual hierarchy, and Gestalt’s principles to make the creatives aesthetic and consistent.

Stick to Motion Brand Guideline colors strictly, to elucidate similar emotions everytime.

Provide value in every post. Think from the POV of students and then curate the post.
